The week is what you make it

I want to talk about the mantra- Om Dum Durgaye for a moment. This past year, and even now has left us with a lot of unknowns. Perhaps, there is still some lingering fear of what's to come which in turn causes stress and the feeling of overwhelming anxiety.

I encourage you to find a moment today, tomorrow, or this week to incorporate this mantra into your practice or meditation- either before or after.

Om Dum Durgaye, when chanted in faith this mantra can bring relief of that fear and stress that has been building over the last 13 months.

With this chant, one can summon happiness, patience with changing times, combat evil, and bring to life- prosperity and even wishes that you wish to come to fruition.

May this week bring you peace, release of stress, and prosperity for you as we continue journeying together.
